Work Starts on Mixed-Use Project in Atlanta Historic District
Construction began recently on Grinnell Lofts, N. Highland Steel and The Shops at N. Highland Steel, a multi-building, mixed-use project located in Atlanta's Inman Park Historic District. The project consists of condominiums and apartments as well as 30,000 sq. ft. of street-level retail and restaurant space. Perennial Properties of Atlanta is the project developer. Lord, Aeck & Sargent of Atlanta is the architect. Fortune-Johnson of Atlanta is the general contractor. The development will include five adjoining industrial-style buildings, all but one of which is new construction. Two new lofts for North Highland
Perennial Properties is planning two new loft developments on North Highland Avenue in the Inman Park neighborhood of Atlanta. The two new loft complexes, Grinnell Lofts and N. Highland Steel will be situated on North Highland across the street from the Inman Park Village development, and just down the street from restaurants such as Fritti and Sotto Sotto. The two new construction lofts will be part of a mixed use development with the N.
