  • Toilet upgrades to ULF (Ultra Low Flush) or HET (High-Efficiency Toilets)
  • Utilize faucet aerators and low-flow showerheads/faucets
  • Actively work with utility management companies to monitor our communities
  • Ensure quick repairs and decrease unnecessary water consumption

We Reduce Energy and Lighting Usage:

  • Review areas where LED lighting could be used vs. high energy fixtures
  • Assess opportunities to use SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) rated HVAC units
  • Utilize ENERGY STAR rated and certified appliances
  • Install Low-E glazed windows during new construction, repair, and replacement projects
  • Partner with utility management companies to monitor high usage patterns and seek more efficient solutions
  • Turn off company computers, printers and other users of phantom power drain at the end of each day
  • Utilize occupancy sensors in common areas, dawn-to-dusk sensor cells for exterior lighting, and Energy Star qualified 7-day programmable thermostats

  • Partner with local resources like Lifecycle Building Center for material salvage, reuse, and disposal
  • Participate in single stream recycling with the City of Atlanta
  • Encourage residents to participate in recycling initiatives through our valet trash service

We Reduce Paper Usage in Leasing Centers:

  • Paperless leasing and renewals
  • Digital platforms to communicate with residents such as emails, text, social media, etc.
  • Online payment platforms
  • Our team members use washable glasses, coffee mugs, or recyclable products throughout the workday

We Support the Clean Air Campaign and Encourage Commuter Alternatives:

  • Promote access points to the Atlanta BeltLine and other areas that provide ease of use for walkers and bikers
