Over more than three decades, Perennial has accomplished a great deal. But cool buildings in great locations aside, Perennial’s greatest accomplishment, the one that I am most proud of, is the opportunity the company has provided to hundreds of associates, past and present, who have helped create a culture, brand, and environment that has allowed all of us to achieve our goals by working together as Team Perennial.

The DNA of Perennial is creating intown living experiences that reflect the best parts of the neighborhoods we inhabit. Everywhere we go, we run into people who live or have lived in one of our communities. They always share their feelings about the quality, convenience, design, but most of all, the people that form the best development and management team in Atlanta. They know what our associates are passionate about – outstanding service, supporting our neighbors in need, and helping our customers and communities reach their aspirations. I excitedly joined the Perennial team in 2014 to strategically cultivate our growing company. Every day I get the opportunity to work among the best in multifamily and serve the greatest residents in Atlanta. I have a passion for teaching others and serve on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Apartment Association. I am grateful I get to call Perennial family.

I joined Perennial in 2017 as a member of an on-site leasing team. From day one, Perennial has given me opportunities for professional growth and development that allowed me to contribute to the Perennial culture. I remain excited about the growth in our company and the genuine care and compassion that our teams show for each other and our residents.

Five years ago I made the switch from working on the construction side to working on Perennial’s development team.  While the transition took a little time to become my daily norm, the team at Perennial made the transition much easier and immediately accepted me as one of their own.  I am looking forward to seeing Perennial continue to grow and hoping I continue to play a role for many years to come.

After joining Perennial in 2017, I’ve had the privilege of working for a dynamic,  industry-leading company. I am grateful to be able to contribute my passion and knowledge of the industry to the day-to-day operations of our assets. Perennial has graciously awarded me the platform to showcase my ability to push property performance, provide training and mentorship to our on-site teams, while focusing on our residents as our top priority. I am honored to be a part of the Perennial family!

I have developed my career at Perennial, having joined the company in 2010. I’ve worked at most of our communities, and they are all awesome! Perennial team members are an extension of my family. When I wake up every morning I’m excited to go to work because it feels like home.

As the Controller of Perennial Properties, I bring over a decade of expertise in financial management to the heart of the real estate industry. My journey in the real estate industry has been one of continuous growth and learning, and I am excited to leverage my expertise to lead Perennial towards even greater success in the dynamic world of real estate.

I joined Perennial in 2005 and feel like I’ve grown up here.  I’ve had the opportunity to be exposed to so much over the years and I continue to learn and grow.  One of the best parts about being at Perennial is working alongside other passionate people who give it their all.

I have been with Perennial since 2012. I have worked for larger companies and have seen what happens when a company loses touch with the people in the trenches. This is not the Perennial way. One of the amazing things at Perennial is the opportunity to touch not only the on‐site teams but the ownership as well – to present ideas and to be part of the many avenues that Perennial has explored. It really sets this company apart. I have enjoyed being part of the vision that Perennial is about.

After deciding to make a career change, I joined Perennial Properties as a Leasing Agent in 2011. I have been able to build on my skills and knowledge in the industry over the years and truly feel lucky to be a part of such an amazing company. I have worked with so many talented people throughout my career which has helped me get to where I am today. I am now able to share my knowledge as a trainer, mentor, and leader in the industry.

At my core I’m a problem solver with a passion for people and the built environment. As a Perennial developer I’m fully engaged every day, embedded holistically in the building process and touching every piece of the multifaceted development puzzle from conception to completion. Perennial uniquely fosters an environment of cooperation and continuous learning where I work alongside some of the best in multifamily to continuously improve the product we build for our residents and the community at large.
